Job summary

Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Melbourne Clinic to oversee patient care technicians and LPNs while delivering comprehensive dialysis nursing. You will administer meds and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document care plans.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required.
• A.S. or BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct LPN and dialysis technicians within team.
• Administers IV, IM, subcutaneous, oral as ordered by the physician.
• Accurately observes, records and reports patient reactions, signs and symptoms to appropriate personnel.
• Able to initiate, monitor and complete total hemodialysis procedure.
• Develops nursing care plan after assessing patient needs and provides chart note each treatment.
