Job summary

Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee patient care during dialysis sessions and supervise Patient Care Technicians and/or Licensed Practical Nurses. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care and collaboration within the clinic team.

You will administer IV, IM, subcutaneous and oral medications per physician orders, monitor patient responses, document findings, and develop nursing care plans after assessment.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida required.
• ASN or BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct LPN and dialysis technicians within the team
• Administers IV, IM, subcutaneous, and oral as ordered by the physician
• Accurately observes, records, and reports patient reactions, signs, and symptoms to appropriate personnel
• Able to initiate, monitor, and complete total hemodialysis procedures
• Develops nursing care plan after assessing patient needs and provides chart notes for each treatment
