Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in California is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team in Compton. You will work under a Charge Nurse, provide safe, high-quality care, and supervise Patient Care Technicians.

You’ll perform pre- and post-treatment assessments and support continuity of renal care with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring patients during dialysis, documenting medication profiles per orders, and ensuring staffing compliance under state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatment and complete pre/post assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and document medication profiles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met.
