Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high quality care to ESRD patients. The RN will build strong relationships with patients and their families while delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.

Requires active RN license, ADN/BSN or diploma substitution, and BLS/CPR certification; prior dialysis or critical care experience is preferred but not required. This is an on-site role in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN or diploma may substitute for nursing degree.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements.
• Prior dialysis/ICU/CCU/ER or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $40 - $52 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
