Job summary

Encompass Health in Colorado Springs seeks a Dialysis Program Manager to direct and advance our hemodialysis program, ensuring safety and high-quality patient care. You will supervise dialysis staff, implement policies, and partner with hospital leadership and the community to optimize outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic inpatient rehab setting, aligning with regulatory guidelines and evidence-based practices while enhancing program performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required or as per state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of dialysis nursing experience required.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.

Education

RN licensure (state-regulated)

CPR certification

ACLS certification within 1 year of hire

CRRN certification (preferred)
