Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under RN supervision.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of direct patient care staff.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards in the clinic.
• Document treatment data and communicate changes to supervising nurse or manager.
