• Monitor vital signs and patient status during treatment and document accordingly.
• Evaluate and manage vascular access patency and cannulation as prescribed.
• Record treatment data accurately and observe safety alarms and infection control practices.
• Participate in training, education, and CQI activities to improve patient care.
