Doral Health & Wellness in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. In this role you will deliver hands-on care under RN supervision and help support patients with kidney disease.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified PCT or Dialysis Technician is required.
• Current CPR certification or within 60 days of hire.
• Experience in dialysis or as a PCT is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and prime dialysis machines and circuits.
• Record and monitor vital signs and weight during treatment.
• Assist with initiating and terminating dialysis under RN supervision.
• Monitor dialysis parameters and troubleshoot equipment.
• Obtain and prepare blood samples for lab transport.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices.
• Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and mobility.
• Collaborate with RNs, PCTs, and dialysis staff to deliver quality care.
