Base pay range

$13.17/hr - $19.75/hr

Overview

At FutureCare Renalis, our Patient Transporters ensure our patients are transported to/from the dialysis center and perform basic health care services. Our Dialysis team works under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Salary Range

$13.17 - $19.75/hr

Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary reflects the potential base pay range. Bonuses or incentives are offered separately and depend on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and professionally
• Assist patients to ensure safe transfer
• Communicate effectively with Charge Nurse regarding patient progress and additional duties
• Disinfect dialysis recliners between clients and return to dialysis suite at end of shift
• Provide comfort and support to patients and families
• Stock supplies and assist with inventory
• Assist with lab labeling
• Complete MOLST communication forms timely
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment following all standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year healthcare experience
• GNA certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Comfortable working with geriatric population
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Availability to work scheduled shifts
