Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician in Niles, IL to support safe dialysis therapy under RN supervision. You will assist in setup/operation of machines, monitor patient wellbeing, and help maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.

No prior dialysis experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. Compensation is hourly with shifts including early mornings and weekends as listed, with benefits and caregiving support available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Welcome patients and monitor wellbeing during treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and monitor patient vitals.
• Document treatment data and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with infection control and supplies management.
