The role emphasizes patient care, infection control, and adherence to CQI processes to improve patient outcomes. Training and ongoing education are provided, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and dialysis treatment parameters.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines and oversee safety alarms.
• Record treatment data and prepare lab specimens as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
