Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CPR certification preferred or required.
• CMS/state licensure requirements as applicable in state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis equipment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized treatment area.
• Record and document treatment data accurately.
• Assist with patient education under supervision.
• Support transitions and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
