Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• No prior dialysis experience needed; training provided to become nationally certified.
• Experience in patient care or healthcare settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up dialysis treatments and operating dialysis equipment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any changes during treatment.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection-control policies.
• Record and document treatment data accurately in patient charts.
• Support RN supervision and participate in CQI activities where appropriate.
