Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Obtain pre/post treatment vital signs and weight; monitor patient condition.
• Document treatment data accurately and timely; report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean dialysis environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Evaluate and monitor vascular access and assist with cannulation as delegated.
