U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team in Florida. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, high‑quality dialysis, including preparing machines, taking vitals, and collecting samples under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct dialysis patient care, gathering vitals before/after treatment.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatment; collect blood samples as ordered.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after treatment, and perform safety checks per protocols.
