Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient education on adequacy measures and dialysis processes.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and assist in cannulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and UF goals during treatment.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines per prescribed orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control throughout the treatment area.
• Document treatment data accurately and report changes to the RN.
