Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate vascular access for patency and cannulation under supervision.
• Record vital signs, weight, and dialysis parameters and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and respond to intradialytic issues as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with infection control policies.
• Assist in transitional dialysis care and education for patients.
