Job summary

Qualifications

• Education regarding adequacy measures such as OLC, AMP, UKM.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and check wellbeing since last treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and perform cannulation.
• Record pre and post-treatment vital signs and weight.
• Initiate dialysis per orders (QB, QD).
• Monitor patient response and intervene as directed.
• Record and document treatment parameters and vitals.
• Discontinue dialysis per procedures and assess patient at termination.
• Ensure safety alarms (NVL 160) are enabled and active.
