CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join the onsite dialysis team in Philadelphia, PA. You will support licensed nurses, assist with dialysis machine setup, and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment.

You will monitor patient responses, document treatments, and participate in CQI activities with the care team. Responsibilities include vital signs, cannulation assistance as permitted, and maintaining infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care and support during dialysis procedures.
• Assist in education of patients regarding adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Demonstrate ability to monitor and respond to patient condition and vital signs.
• Maintain clinical documentation and infection control practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and equipment.
• Record and monitor pre/post treatment vital signs, weights, and UF goals.
• Document treatments and progress notes in patient charts and systems.
• Assist with vascular access assessment and cannulation as delegated.
• Support CQI activities and adherence to policy and safety standards.
