Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Lima, Ohio, is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join the dialysis health care team. This onsite, full-time role supports the licensed nurse and handles dialysis setup and patient care.

You will monitor vitals, assist with cannulation and heparin administration as delegated, document treatments, and help maintain a safe, clean environment. CPR certification and prior patient care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within required timelines.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Obtain pre- and post-treatment vitals and monitor patient status.
• Document treatments accurately and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment and follow infection control policies.
