Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to support the safe delivery of dialysis treatment under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist with machine setup, monitor patients during therapy, record vital signs, and help maintain a clean, safe treatment area.

Basic education includes a High School diploma or GED with CPR certification preferred. Previous hospital or dialysis experience is a plus; on‑the‑job training is provided, and employees benefit from

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred or required.
• Experience in patient care in hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support dialysis treatment under RN supervision and follow orders.
• Monitor patient condition and vitals; document accurately.
• Assist with setup, operation and safety checks of dialysis machines.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized treatment area.
• Participate in CQI and infection control activities as directed.
• Assist in training of direct patient care staff.
