Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS/state licensing requirements must be met.
• Previous patient care experience in hospital or related facility preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and treatment data.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and cannulation as ordered.
• Maintain safe, clean dialysis environment and infection control practices.
• Record treatment data and report changes to RN or supervisor.
