U.S. Renal Care in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under RN or CN supervision.

You will handle patient care tasks before, during, and after treatment, assist with machine setup, safety checks, and quality logging, and participate in education and meetings.

The role requires a high school diploma and a willingness to learn; healthcare experience is a plus, and adherence to protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Gather patient stats before and after treatment.
• Initiate and terminate treatment and collect blood samples per orders.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, perform safety checks and log results.
• Follow safety measures and state/federal regulations; attend staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
