Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in our Oakland centers. You will greet patients, advocate for their needs, and communicate with the care team to maintain quality dialysis experiences.

The role requires 6 months of active hemodialysis experience, CA CHT certification where applicable, and current CPR. A compassionate, high-energy approach helps enhance patient well-being and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
• Experience: Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• Licenses/Certifications: BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations) California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations) Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the treatment floor under RN supervision.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with team to ensure quality care.
• Make patients feel comfortable and greet them on arrival to the unit.
