Fresenius Medical Care in Newark, Delaware, seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 role within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide, coordinate, and evaluate nephrology care, and support the ESKD team in decision-making, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.

You will assess patients, plan and deliver hemodialysis, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians while pursuing CAP requirements for advancement.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current nursing licensure in the appropriate state.
• CPR/BLS certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with ESKD team.
• Collaborate with RNs/LPNs/PCTs and delegate tasks as needed.
• Document data, adjust treatment plans, and notify leaders or physicians as required.
• Participate in education, training, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy and accurate lab processes.
