U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Area Biomedical Manager (Finance) to oversee technical operations and maintenance across multiple dialysis clinics in the region. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in applicable state.
• 2 years experience in technical management or multi-site dialysis/medical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall technical operation of assigned clinics from fiscal, technical, regulatory and personnel perspectives.
• Supervise technical staff and programs in each dialysis unit within region.
• Maintain equipment and water treatment systems per manufacturer specs, AAMI standards and regulations.
• Develop staffing plans, budget targets and preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with administrators and regional management to ensure clinic needs are met.
