Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks an experienced RN to supervise dialysis services. The role provides safe patient care, directs the dialysis team, and ensures adherence to policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily functions, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and implementing the dialysis policy and procedures manual. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrates ability to plan, organize, and coordinate dialysis services.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care following facility policies and care standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the dialysis team.
• Coordinate and delegate daily dialysis operations and staff supervisory duties.
• Maintain dialysis policies and equipment, and orient new staff.
