Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan
• Dialysis/hemodialysis experience preferred
• Ability to supervise and educate staff

Responsibilities

• Direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise performance, ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, document interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team, report critical lab results, ensure treatment continuity.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, complete care plans timely, adhere to safety and regulatory protocols.
