Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in Michigan. The role supervises dialysis care, works hands-on with the hemodialysis team, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and patient education on renal health and treatment
• Supervises dialysis technicians, delegates tasks, ensures compliance with standards
• Monitors patient response to treatment and documents interventions and outcomes
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team, communicates critical lab results
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and timely care plans in compliance with safety protocols
