Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in Michigan. The Nurse will supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and will work closely with the hemodialysis healthcare team to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care.

The role requires hands-on patient management, supervising dialysis technicians, and maintaining strict documentation and regulatory compliance to support optimal treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and ensures accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Works closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records, ensures timely completion of care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
