Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides dialysis treatments and maintains proficiency in procedures.
• Oversees and delegates to department staff as needed.
• Ensures water room equipment operation and safety standards are followed.
• Documents patient records per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates care with Medical Director, nephrology staff, patients and families.
