Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Skowhegan, ME is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Manager (RN) to lead facility operations and supervise nursing personnel, ensuring safe and efficient dialysis treatments for our patients.

This nonprofit provider emphasizes compassionate care and a supportive team environment. The position requires an accredited nursing degree (BSN/AA/RN), at least six months dialysis experience (one year preferred), and current ME RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN)
• Six months' dialysis experience required, one year dialysis experience preferred
• One year clinical nursing experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Current ME Registered Nurse license

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures
• Develop standards of care in line with ESRD Network/regulations/DCI QAPI
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff
• Coordinate QAPI and risk management program implementation with the quality/risk manager
• Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, and other staff
