Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead facility operations and supervise nursing staff, ensuring safe and efficient dialysis treatments for patients.

The role includes schedule planning, staff development and adherence to ESRD networks, with an emphasis on quality and collaborative care. Qualifications include a accredited nursing degree, PA RN license in PA, and dialysis experience (6 months minimum).

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• PA RN license required in Pennsylvania.
• Six months dialysis experience required; one year preferred.
• One year clinical nursing experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care per ESRD Network, QAPI and clinic requirements.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff with nurse educator.
• Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementation with the quality/risk manager.
• Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses and technicians.
• Integrate unit activities related to patient care with clinic operations director and medical director.
• Manage supervision of nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff.
