Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Manager in East Florida (Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties). The role requires a current and unencumbered State Nursing License and at least 1 year of recent acute dialysis experience, plus 1 year of supervisory experience.

The manager will ensure compliance with standards, maintain documentation quality, and guide patient care in alignment with hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, hospital and regulatory standards, regulations and policies.
• Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per hospital policy.
• Utilizes hospital policies as the standard of care for positive patient outcomes.
• Performs position-specific job functions as a Dialysis Nurse Manager, including responsibilities such as patient rights, assessment, care of the patient, patient family education and continuum of care.

• Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HWS/Hospital and regulatory/accrediting agency standards, regulations and policies and procedures


• Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per Hospital policy.


• Utilizes appropriate resources and hospital policies as the “standard of care” for positive patient outcomes.


• Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level with minimal direction. Primary responsibilities for a Dialysis Nurse Manager encompasses but not intended to be all-inclusive of:

• Patient Rights, Assessment, Care of the Patient, Patient Family Education, Continuum of Care
