Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in Fresno, CA. This full-time position offers a new Clinical Career Ladder with potential pay increases after progression through Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.

The RN will develop and evaluate care plans for dialysis patients, monitor treatment, and support the care team in delivering hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis per standards.

Qualifications

Current valid RN license in the state of employment.
BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
ACLS certification within six months of hire.
Dialysis experience preferred but not required.
One year of Medical-Surgical, critical care or dialysis experience preferred.
Nurse residency program may be counted as experience.
Ability to accurately interpret color test strips.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
Reviews dialysis patients and assesses clinical status during treatment.
Assists team in delivering acute hemodialysis per established standards.
Practice areas include hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
