Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team. The nurse will supervise dialysis care in alignment with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations, and will work collaboratively with the hemodialysis healthcare team.

The role includes supervision of dialysis technicians while maintaining a hands-on approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, education on renal health, and maintain safety and quality standards while contributing

Responsabilités

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, conducts assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records, completes care plans timely, and follows safety and regulatory protocols.
