Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will supervise dialysis technicians, provide hands-on patient care, and foster a collaborative team approach to high-quality treatment.

You will monitor patient responses, document interventions, educate patients on renal health, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of treatment
