The Dialysis Nurse will supervise technicians, ensure adherence to policy and regulations, and maintain thorough documentation while supporting patient education on renal health and treatment.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and education to patients, performs assessments, administers medications, and guides renal health education.
• Supervises dialysis technicians, delegates tasks, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
