Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care within a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, and work with the team to ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities include supervising dialysis technicians, monitoring treatment effectiveness, documenting interventions, and coordinating with physicians to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• RN with dialysis experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on renal health.
• Ability to supervise dialysis technicians and ensure clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and assess patients.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise performance.
• Monitor patient response and adjust dialysis plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure care plan compliance.
