You will lead dialysis technicians, monitor treatment responses, document interventions, and maintain strict safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Indiana.
• Experience with hemodialysis preferred.
• Strong patient-care and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed.
