Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise and provide direct care for patients undergoing hemodialysis in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Qualifications

• RN license required with active state registration
• Minimum 1 year dialysis or critical care experience preferred
• Strong patient education and documentation skills
