Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure, and training. You will ensure patient safety, educate patients on renal health, and lead a team of dialysis technicians within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.

You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate treatment, monitor patient responses, and maintain compliant documentation while supporting a patient-centered care model.
