Qualifications

• Active RN license in state where employed and in good standing.
• Experience in dialysis nursing or renal care settings preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise a clinical team and manage patient care plans.

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervises dialysis technicians and enforces clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
