Qualifications

• RN license in state or compact.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in any area.
• Minimum 3 months dialysis experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ishihara Color Blindness Test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assess patients, and educate on renal health.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise performance.
• Monitor treatment, adjust plans as needed, document interventions.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
