Rochester Regional Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the Dialysis department at Seneca Ridge. This 40-hour-per-week role covers days and evenings with rotating weekends, joining a compassionate team dedicated to patient care and renal treatment.

The LPN will perform nursing processes, administer medications, document in the electronic medical record, and help prepare exam rooms and supplies while collaborating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or ASN/BSN in Nursing.
• Current licensure in State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care by nursing process, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and report as per protocols.
• Document accurately using computerized medical records.
• Prepare clinical areas, ensure rooms are stocked and ready.
