Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a Lead Dialysis Technician to provide leadership and training for Dialysis Technologists. You will help develop policies, evaluate equipment, and ensure quality control while performing CRRT and PD on acutely ill patients.

The role requires supervising the team, maintaining documentation, and supporting research projects. Days shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDT certification maintained current.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Dialysis Technologists.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Evaluate equipment and supplies; provide technical support.
• Perform CRRT and PD procedures on acutely ill patients.
• Provide back-up call-in support as needed.
• Maintain QA/QC audits, documentation and inventory.
• Assist with research projects as needed.
