Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide coordination and delivery of dialysis care across multiple inpatient settings. You will float between sites on short notice, apply the nursing process, and document care for acute dialysis patients and their families.

Required are a Michigan RN license and at least 12 months of RN experience with 3 months of dialysis. BSN preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current State of Michigan RN license.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience, including 3 months dialysis.
• Experience in high-acuity hospital settings (ICU/ED) preferred.
• Flexible, self-directed, and able to float between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and delivery of dialysis care in inpatient settings.
• Float to multiple hospital sites based on patient volume and clinical urgency.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans and document care.
