Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current State of Michigan RN licensure required.
• At least 12 months nursing care experience, including 3 months with maintenance hemodialysis.
• Previous dialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessment and care planning.
• Direct patient care with evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Continuous evaluation and advocacy for patient outcomes.
• Meticulous documentation of assessments, interventions and responses to care.
• Clinical leadership as Charge Nurse, mentoring LPNs and technical staff.
• Assist in orientation and training of new team members.
