This role emphasizes patient safety and staff safety through rigorous maintenance and testing protocols. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and relevant dialysis or medical experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dialysis/medical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and with others to plan and organize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all water treatment and dialysis equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Perform safety checks on all pretreatment water equipment and monitor water quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; calibrate, test and disinfect dialysis machines and water systems.
• Collect water samples for microbiology and AAMI testing according to protocol.
• Maintain maintenance records and participate in safety and compliance activities.
