Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair dialysis equipment and water treatment systems across our clinics. You will train staff on operational maintenance and ensure patient safety while managing essential service parts and supplies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in electronics/biomedical tech is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required in state of residence.
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant, as directed.
• Ensures outside vendor services are completed per contract.
• Purchases and retains inventory of service parts.
• Performs water/dialysate sample collection and actions required.
• Documents all repairs and maintenance activity.
• Collaborates with facility staff to meet regulatory and OSHA requirements.
• Provides after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
